Day 01

Example five day stay

Arrive and relax with welcome drinks and tapas as we show you around. Get to know the faces behind Oranja and get the lowdown on the epic days ahead.

Meet new friends, men and women from around the world. We welcome everyone, from solo travellers to group travellers with a range of fitness levels and abilities.

Settle in for paella and sangria to kick off your Ibizan escape. Enjoy good company, dive into a great book or retreat to your cosy bed and recharge for the zesty days ahead.

Day 02

Power up

Power up with pre-workout coffee, juice shots, and a fresh fruit platter. It's time to crush your first Oranja cardio and strength session with Naomi. Take in the views of the Ibizan campo, listen to big tunes and smash your first fiery sweat session. All workouts are optional, beginner-friendly and can be taken at your own pace.

Refuel with protein shakes and a wholesome breakfast prepared by our island chef, Ruby.

Top up your energy with an optional express spin session, a campo trail run or wind down with a massage by Tiffany. The choice is yours.

Hit the trails

Ruby will forage the Finca gardens for organic produce to serve up with your mouthwatering fish, meat or vegetarian lunch.

Hit the trails with Manuel for an unforgettable 3-hour hike through Ibiza's natural playground. Explore hidden bays, coastal caves and breathtaking ocean views.

Return to a meal prepared by Ruby, from hearty curries and flavourful tacos to fresh fish dishes. Ruby never fails to get your taste buds tingling.

Day 03

Dream work

Teamwork makes the dream work. Take on pre-workout fuel and prepare to smash a high-energy, team-based cardio and strength session with Naomi and Will. Refuel with breakfast and then enjoy the villa, your oasis.

Join our optional workout sessions or grab a book, chill with your new friends and soak up the Mediterranean vibes.

Set sail in the med

After lunch, settle into a poolside yoga flow session with our island yogi, Nadia.

Jump aboard and set sail. Sip on a cheeky cerveza or two, bop to big tunes and chase the sunset with your crew. Return to a nourishing dinner and rest up for another juicy day ahead.

Day 04

Flow and flex

Start your day with pre-workout fuel and then slow it down with a day of recovery. Hit the mat for a restorative and stretchy flow with Nadia. Replenish with breakfast, relax by the pool and enjoy a massage in the grounds of the villa.

Time for a dip

After lunch, jump into a cold water immersion session to boost your physical recovery further.

For our last evening together, we'll head to our favourite beach for an iconic Ibizan sunset. Enjoy sea swims, pizza and drinks as we watch the sunset over the Mediterranean.

Day 05

Hasta luego amigos

Our last morning together before we check out at 10:00 am. Let's finish strong with one more poolside workout and a big breakfast to fuel your travels.
