Agreement of terms & conditions


Please read carefully the terms and conditions. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by them.

Document specifics


Terms and conditions are the standard terms for the services of Oranja Limited and Club Orange Limited.

The use of the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the companies” refers to Oranja Limited and Club Orange Limited. 

“Released parties” refers to the companies, their employees, officers, directors, vendors and contractors.

Usage of the terms “you” and “your” refers to the guest.

“Start date” refers to the designated start date of the stay you are booking.

“Payment due date” refers to the date by which all sums owed for the stay you have booked become immediately payable.

“End date” refers to the designated end date of the stay you are booking.

“Stay" refers to the trip you have booked with us.

“Primary place of business” refers to our accommodation as part of your stay with us.

“Booking deposit” refers to the non-refundable deposit per person required to secure your booking with us.

“Organisers” refers to us and any agent, contractor, or third party we may engage in providing the services outlined as part of your stay.

“Cancellation” refers to you not attending your scheduled stay, including postponing or rescheduling. 

Your obligations


Please follow all necessary COVID-19 Safety Protocols and provide documentation as we and our partners need it.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you receive and read any and all digital correspondence we send you.

Understand the activity level of your selected stay and ensure it is appropriate to your interests and abilities before applying and paying.

Please prepare for the stay by familiarising yourself with the itinerary and preparation materials we've provided.

Please bring appropriate gear and clothing as we advise and as listed on the packing list provided.

Follow considerate and reasonable standards of personal hygiene to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading diseases or illnesses. 

Follow considerate social behaviour with other trip participants and respect their habits. Act appropriately and courteously, befitting the customs of the place you visit.

Please respect the places we visit by using environmentally safe products, disposing of litter property and staying on established travel routes.

Your health


You must be physically and mentally healthy to participate in the stay. You warrant you are in good physical condition and mental health. You know of no reason why you cannot or should not do any form of active exercise, including, but not limited to, high-intensity interval training, strength training, cardiovascular training, fitness bike usage, swimming, running, hiking, yoga, stretching and sailing. 

Also, we reserve the right to deny a participant the right to participate in the stay if our leaders feel you are mentally or physically incapable of attending or continuing and/or if a trip member's continued participation jeopardises the group or their safety. Under these circumstances, refunds are not given.  

Acknowledgement of risks


By booking with us you acknowledge all travel involves potential exposure to dangers and hazards, including equipment failures and negligence. As a consequence, these risks could result in serious injury, disability or fatality from the resulting injuries and your property may also be damaged. 

You assume full responsibility for any costs related to medical care and/or evacuation. You further acknowledge we may contract with independent contractors to provide any and all travel-related services and we assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service provided by an independent contractor or resulting directly from acts of God, detention, terrorism, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, strikes, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, discrepancies or change in transit or accommodation services over which we have no control.



By booking with us, you agree to fully indemnify without limitation any director(s), trainer(s) or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during any and all interactions with us away from or at our primary place of business.

Your responsibilities and payment


We request you settle your remaining balance in full ninety days before your stay. If you do not pay your balance in full 90 days before your stay, Oranja has the right to suspend or decline access to any services associated with any booked stay until the outstanding balances have been paid in full and you have given us your updated payment details (if you request to do so).

You understand and acknowledge we will continue to debit your nominated account without notice until we have received the total amount you owe us. We will make a reasonable effort to advise you by email or phone on the status of the failed payments.

If your payment method fails, you are liable for any resulting fees.

Payment policy


Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance must be paid in full within seven days of paying the deposit. Alternatively, you can sign up for a payment plan to split the remaining balance over several months before your chosen stay. If you choose this option, you must sign up to our payment plan within seven days of paying your deposit. Failure to sign up for a payment plan or settle your balance in full within seven days could result in your space being sold to someone else. Payment plans incur a £ 35 GBP arrangement fee.

Payment of any outstanding sums owed (the balance) must be made at least ninety days before the start date of the stay.

You acknowledge that boat trips, massages and transfers to and from the airport are not included in the stay price and will incur an additional fee as outlined in the stay description.

Travel insurance


You must arrange suitable and comprehensive travel and health insurance to protect against illness, injury, death, loss of personal items, cancellation, and curtailment. Please understand that we do not provide insurance products and cannot be held liable if your failure to secure adequate insurance coverage leaves you vulnerable, medically, financially, or otherwise. 

You understand and acknowledge that, as a condition of booking, you must take out an adequate comprehensive travel and health insurance policy that covers you during your chosen stay, as well as, but not limited to, trip cancellation insurance and any other activities that may reasonably be undertaken during the course of your stay. The policy and insurance coverage must be valid and in effect for the entire duration of your stay with us.

It's important to note that even if you have private health insurance in your country of residence, it is unlikely to provide the extent of coverage required for overseas trips, especially for the activities organised on a trip with us.

You must make arrangements for the best travel and health insurance. You agree and acknowledge that we are not in the business of providing insurance products or providing cover for or on behalf of guests, and we are not to be held liable.



While we understand no one plans to cancel or postpone their trip, unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure you're prepared, we strongly recommend having adequate travel cancellation insurance in place before booking your stay with us. If you cancel, please keep in mind you'll need to give written notice of cancellation and that cancellation fees will apply.

Please ensure you're prepared; we strongly recommend acquiring adequate travel cancellation insurance.
If you need to cancel ninety days or more before the start date of your stay, you can be assured that you will be refunded the total amount paid up to that date, minus your non-refundable deposit and any transaction fees imposed by our payment gateway.

It's important to note that cancellations less than ninety days before the start date are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any sums paid. Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

Cancellations and changes by us


We reserve the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of all participants. We reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of the stay if, in our absolute and sole discretion, it is necessary to do so due to conditions which may be hazardous or dangerous or due to any other adverse or threatening conditions such as COVID-19, weather, political, military, terrorist or otherwise or any other reason considered necessary by us.

If we are prevented from performing any of our obligations under these terms and conditions by acts of God, strikes, trade disputes, fire, weather, breakdowns, interruption of transport, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts or omissions of a third party or for any other cause whatsoever outside our reasonable control, we will be under no liability whatsoever to you and may either cancel or postpone the stay.

If we have to cancel or change the start date of any stay, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another one of our stays (either scheduled or at a future date within the next 2 years) to be used as credit.

Alternatively, you may request a refund of your payments to us. We are not responsible for any of your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled stay, such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. The stay price is quoted as a package, credits and refunds are not given for any services not used, including but not limited to, unused rooms, meals, drinks, activities, workouts or hiking arrangements.

Passports visa and documents


Each client is responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa(s), and necessary certificates for any country visited during our stay.

Third parties


We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including if they modify the nature of a service compared to its advertised nature. We're not responsible for delayed, missed, or cancelled flights, buses, ferries, transfers, or any other modes of transportation required by you to get to your accommodation or any other activity or event related to your stay.

General wavier


By booking with us, you acknowledge that during any trip with us, you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged.  

You acknowledge to surrender your rightto any cause of action against us, our agents, contractors, employees and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during an stay with us up to and including death.

Photo / video content usage


By booking with us you hereby grant us the right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits, images, and videos in which you feature which are taken during the stay to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with us. You hereby release and discharge us from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. By booking a stay with us you agree to be bound by and adhere to all policies and rules.

Release of liability, assumption of risk and indemnification of risk


By booking with us, you have chosen to participate in the stay, and you understand the following. During the stay, you may be exposed to dangers and hazards, including equipment failures and negligence by others.

As a consequence of these risks, you may be seriously or fatally hurt from the resulting injuries, and your property may also be damaged. Hospital facilities, qualified medical care, and emergency medical evacuation may be limited or unavailable during portions of the stay and, where available, may be expensive. The companies assume no responsibility for providing medical care during the stay, and you will have to pay for any medical care and/or evacuation you incur. Considering the permission to participate in the stay, you agree to the terms and conditions in this document.

Assumption of risk


By booking with us, you hereby freely assume the above-mentioned risks and any harm, injury or loss which may occur to you or your property as a result of your participation in the stay, including any and all risks caused by the negligence of the companies, its employees and officers, its contractors, and other stay participants.

Wavier and release of liability


By booking with us you hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE ALL LIABILITIES, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS against the companies, its employees, officers, directors, vendors and contractors (“released parties”) where such LIABILITIES, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS arise in any way from any injury, death, loss or harm (foreseen or unforeseen) which occur to you or to any other person or to any property during the stay or are in any way related to the stay. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for the negligence of the released parties and claims for strict liability for abnormally dangerous activities. You also agree NOT TO SUE or make a claim against the released parties for death, injuries, loss, or harm that occur on the stay.

Indemnification to hold harmless and defense


By booking with us you promise to INDEMNIFY, WARRANT, HOLD HARMLESS AND DEFEND the released parties against any and all LIABILITIES, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS which arise from your acts or your failure to act (including your own negligence) during or relating to the stay. In accordance with this promise, you will reimburse the released parties for any damages, reasonable settlements and defence costs, including attorney's fees, they incur because of any such claims made against them. You agree in the event of your death or disability, the terms of this agreement, including the indemnification obligation in this section, will be binding on your estate, and your personal representative, executor, administrator or guardian will be obligated to respect and enforce them.



By booking with us you agree the purpose of this agreement is that it shall be an enforceable release of liability and indemnity as broad and inclusive as is permitted by UK and Spanish law. You agree if any portion or provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder will continue in full force and effect. You also agree any invalid provision will be modified or partially enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law to carry out the purpose of the agreement.
